Merchandising
With a strong commercial logistic department we follow the critical path and ensure a smooth handover of garments to shipping agents, correct documentation and fluid transfer of information to our clients.
Shipping
H-Fit has a very well versed commercial team with good knowledge in shipping sector. Factory provides the complete details to our commercial team and further the cargo is taken care of.
Our commercials keep the forwarder informed with the shipment and the order booking details, well in advance, to get buyers concent for shipment. The shipments are also tracked till the time it reaches the destinations and buyers are updated as and when needed.
H-Fit is well experienced in handling all type of SEA/AIR shipments in all models like FOB/CIF/FCA or DDU. Based on customers requirements the shipments are handled.
Quality Control
For any industry to flurish, it is vital to have a strict quality control to ensure a smooth flow of production and shipment.
Therefore H-Fit Textiles has a professional Quality Control system and operational techniques to meet the AQL standards and requirements set by the client. Every buyer is allocated with a team of quality controllers who communicate with the factory, monitor and rectify the mistakes on a day to day basis right from yarn purchase to cutting, knitting contruction, dying quality, color shades are ensured as specified by buyers. Our QCS can judge the efficiency of production line due to long years of production experience, best seam quality, thread use, attachment techniques should be a norm and is professionally taken by our expert team of quality controllers.
H-Fit Textiles also has a separate Quality Department, specifically engaged in the final inspection of the orders. This is to ensure, the specific AQL standards of each client are fully met. Moreover all our orders are executed in the factory that meet the social and environmental audit standards.

Our production offices consist of over 100 dedicated staff, dealing with all aspects of garment production, from sourcing of yarn to worldwide shipping.
With a staff of over 100 workers and 70 machines, our own sampling section located in our production facility is able to produce 400 pieces a day.
We have a dedicated sampling manager + sample technicians and pattern department to maintain the quality standard of the development of each client.
